At C.A.R.E. Empowerment Foundation, we're dedicated to coaching youth in Louisiana to work on their mind, body, and spirit. Our 'Lessons 2 Lessen' program connects them with local businesses, teaching valuable skills while giving back to the community. We do not want them to fall victim to the system but educate themselves.
The youth we work with often face significant challenges, including trauma and abuse. 'Lessons 2 Lessen' is specifically designed to address these issues by providing a supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and heal.

We collaborate with local businesses by connecting them with youth who can provide assistance with various tasks. This partnership creates opportunities for the youth to gain valuable skills, contribute to the community, and understand the importance of giving back, reducing the likelihood of destructive behavior.

Our programs
Mind
This is not a program where we relive our most traumatic moments nor talk about them. Instead, we focus our attention on problem solving and and not only focus on the problem.
Body
Our physical wellness programs focus on health and fitness. However the most workouts we'lll receive are by working on the businesses in the community providing opportunities to learn skills in carpentry, painting, gardening, recreation, and to promote healthy lifestyles among the youth. Spirit
We do not focus on religion because Yeshua did not focus on religion. We teach the true teachings and focus the most on going within our selves, therefore we know ourselves. We teach each child everything they need to succeed is within them because we are the true temples. Once our spirits are healed our mind and bodies follow.
